Each type of bean is also chosen for its own particular characteristic so that when each type is properly roasted and correctly blended, together they will produce just the right balance of acidity, sweetness, density, aroma and creaminess.  

      Our luxurious coffee blend contains some of the world’s finest coffees. Some among them are: Brazilian Bourbon Santos, with low acidity and a very smooth rich flavor. Guatemala's finest, from Antigua, (its best growing area) they add a rich deep body with a mild acidic flavor. Kenya AA is considered one of the worlds best and most perfect coffees, we add it for its crispy taste, sweetness and very pleasing aroma. For body, consistency and a creamier extraction we also add some premium quality (very expensive) Robusta. Each variety is carefully chosen for taste, proportionally measured and precisely roasted to create a delicious cup of espresso. Every cup of our espresso that you drink will leave a pleasant and satisfying taste on the palate and it invites you to a second cup.
