La Pavoni

PUB SERIES - The PUB-1V is a powerful 1 Group espresso machine packaged in a compact space saving size measuring only 15" wide.  It features 4 programmable/automatic dosing settings with manual override, operated by a digital control pad and microprocessor.  Hot water tap and single steam wand.  Built-in pressure gauge.  Powered by an electric Procon motor.

The large 6.5 liter boiler (largest in the industry requires only 1500 watts and 120 volts making it efficient to set-up and maintain.

Available in black or red.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Groups made with press-forged brass and chrome plated, with vertical infsion chamber and pressurization system which eliminates group dripping.
• Copper boiler equipped with front mounted transversal heat exchangers and injectors for each group.
• Thermal stability: Independent radiator hydraulic system for every group allows for consistent water circulation throughtout the boiler.
• Anti-vacuum valve eliminates back flushing from the steam wand.

 HOTEL SERIES - Designed as a compact version of the Bar-Star Series sharing many of the same features. 

15% smaller in size, it features a large 10 liter boiler, got water tap and a single steam wand.  Coffee and water dosing features are automatic with manual over-ride. 4-position power saver switch. 

The perfect commercial alternative for lower volume area or where space may be an issue as the Hotel measures only 25" wide.  Available in black or red.

BAR-STAR SERIES - Available in 2 group, 3 group or 4 group versions. 

All units seature a 4-position, power-saver switch that allows for off, sleep, 3/4 and full capacity settings, resulting in a substantial electrical cost savings. 

Dosing setting are controlled by a digital control pad and microprocessor.  Thermal stability ensures that the groups maintain consistent temperature at all times.

CAFE SERIES - 2 Group

• La Pavoni, one the oldest Italian espresso machine manufacturers, established in 1905, is pleased to introduce their CAFE model commercial espresso machines.
  
  The CAFE units are equipped with the latest technology such as thermal stability to the coffee groups which ensure a constant temperature and pre-infusion of the coffee grounds which allows for consistent, balanced shots of coffee. Additional features such as a water softner are standard equipment on all la Pavoni models.
  
  A quality built machine such a la Pavoni features brand name components such as Parker solenoids, Sirai pressurstats and Procon motors.
  
  Electronic programmable dosing espresso machine with digital control pad and microprocessor. Four cup size selections including continuous brewing and an instant -stop button. Hot water jet is controlled by Knob. Press- forged nickel brass groups with vertical infusion chamber and pressurization system.
  Two steam wands are standard.
